• Play Format: 18-Hole, 2-Person Scramble

• Teams: Open to any two-person team including, men, women, coed teams, and parent-junior pairings

• Scoring: Net Scoring using average handicap between both team members. Handicaps will be adjusted throughout league based on actual scores.

• Prizes: Monthly and league-end net prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Teams must play at least 15 rounds of the 20-week league to qualify for league-end prizes. Best 15 scores will be used.

• $600/team ($15/person/week)

• Registration is per team and covers both golfers (2 players)

Registration includes event fee and simulator time.

• Flex Schedule: Teams have the flexibility to play the weekly course any day within a given week.

• Week Structure: Each week runs from Sunday to Saturday, and teams can choose different times each week based on their schedules. :

  • Week 1 Example: Play anytime between Sunday, April 12 to Saturday, April 18, 2026

• Booking: The person who registers their scramble group will be assigned a membership with allocated simulator hours, which can be used to schedule their group play each week. Play can be scheduled up to four weeks in advance.

• Play Duration: Play lasts about 2 hours

• League Duration: 20 weeks

• Courses:
  A new course is selected each week. Players will receive the full course schedule via email before the league begins.

• Course Setup:
  Course settings and tee-box assignments will be provided for each week of play. Our staff is always available to assist teams with setup on the designated course.

• Handicaps:
  This league uses handicaps. If you don’t have one, check out our League FAQ or contact us—we’ll guide you through options to establish one. Handicaps are adjusted regularly based on league scores.

• Two teams of 2 can share a bay.

• Bays hold up to 4 people.

• If two teams want to play together, they can book consecutive tee times and play as a group. Players can also book a standard 4-hour tee time online and choose “pay at facility,” allowing our staff to apply the 2-hour weekly block from each team when you check in.

• Since the Flex League offers flexible play times, groups can choose to play together on some weeks and not others as schedules allow.

• Registration is fully refundable up to 10 days before the league starts.

• Registration becomes non-refundable thereafter.
